These sale prices will go up August 7th, making the sale about a month long. The early acces to this sale for Nordstrom card holders is from July 13th to July 20th. This sale will then open to the public July 21st.

Why should I shop the Anniversary Sale?

There so many reasons to shop this sale. If you’re like me, fall is my absolute favorite season and getting to see all of the new fall pieces coming out makes me even more pumped for fall! This sale is great for back to school shopping, wheather you’re in middle school or college. It’s also a really great opportunity to get some more high end staple pieces such as shoes and bags and a discounted price.
I will be posting a part two to this later in the sale, but for now I wanted to show you my top must haves for this fall! Happy shopping!!

Embroidered Dress + Summer in the City

Hello my friends! I hope you all had a great weekend, mine certainly flew by! On Sunday I took a trip to my new favorite spot in the city, ABC Kitchen. If you’re someone like me who has an appreciation for home interior and organic health conscious food, you will fall in love with this restaurant! ABC kitchen is attached to their furniture store(ABC home) which is amazing. It’s all very bohemian-trendy furniture and home decor which is right up my ally. We also had to make a pit stop at the cupcake ATM at sprinkles, seriously cutest thing I’ve ever seen!

Okay, now onto this dress that is everythingggg. I saw this embroidered Free People dress a few weeks ago online and fell in loveee with it. A friend of mine wore it to her birthday party 2 weeks ago and I knew I had to get it once I saw how amazing it was in person! AND when I went to order it, it was on sale! Score!! This dress also comes in a really pretty purple color. My shoes are from last years Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, but I will link a similar pair.

As always I have all the pieces linked below, have an awesome week!

Forever 21 Culottes

Culottes: Forever 21 // crop top: Topshop // sandals: Topshop

Hello and happy Wednesday my people!! I hope you all had a fantastic Fourth of July weekend filled with fun and fireworks. A few months ago I wrote a post about a pair of amazing red Show Me Your Mumu culottes. I knew I had to get another pair of culottes because 1. I received so many compliments on them and 2. They are SO comfy! And let’s be real who wouldn’t want to feel like they’re wearing PJs while out and about!?
I found these culottes from Forever 21 for under 15$! I love how neutral the amber color is.  I paired these with a black top and sandals for a bit of an edgier vibe, but they could also be paired with white for a more feminine look.

I’m really hoping this culottes trend sticks around! What are some trends you guys are loving right now that you hope make it throughout the year? Comment below and let me know!

Red Mini Dress

Hello friends!
I can’t believe the Fourth of July is already coming up, this summer is flying! What do you guys have planned for the long weekend? Today I wanted to share with you this orange-y red mini dress from Free People. I’m really loving red this season, and this dress just seemed so light and ethereal(and really fun to twirl in, I’m five years old at heart). The day we shot this dress was scorching hot, but this dress kept me really cool. I’m definitely going to be wearing this for some Fourth of July activities!

What are you guys wearing for the fourth? Comment below, I’d love to hear!

Floral Set

Hello everyone and happy weekend! I hope you all had a great week! Fun fact about this set: I actually bought this set while walking around in Red Bank while I had some time to kill before my lovely photographer, Lauren, got there! I love anything floral and black so this set felt like it was made for me! I love the bell sleeves on it and the back that ties up. This set is also really comfortable which is a plus. My slides are from Topshop and are only 35! They come in a few different colors and go with almost anything. I got my Chloe dupe a few years ago and haven’t stopped using it!

What are some of your favorite sets this season? Comment below, I’d love to hear them!

Gingham crop top | Denim skirt | Sandals | Sunglasses

Helloooo friends, happy Wednesday! Is anyone else super thrown off with what day it is from the holiday weekend!? Unfortunately here in New Jersey we only had one nice day out of the weekend, but I was lucky enough to make it down to my friend Olivia’s house in Lavalette! Lavalette is by far my favorite town on the beach in New Jersey. The beach there is so clean and beautiful, and there’s an adorable town with lots of cute boutiques, restaurants and my favorite coffee spot, Lava Java!

I am really loving gingham everything lately, so when I saw this adorable ruffle crop top from Urban Outfitters I had to get it. And it happened to be 20% off that day! My denim skirt is from last year from Nordstrom, I don’t see it online anymore but I’ll be sure to link a similar one. My slide sandals are by Dolce Vita and I have been wearing them non stop this summer! They are so comfy and the neutral color goes with practically everything.
I hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend!

Blue Jean Baby

Hello friends!

It’s almost Memorial Day weekend and I can’t wait to spend it down by the beach! This outfit would be perfect for a night out down by the beach for dinner or drinks! I love the lace, buttons and tie up detail on this tank! It adds some girly flare to this simple outfit. My jeans are by Good American and I can’t even tell you how much I love the fit of this brand!! These are my second pair, and they fit like a glove! I love that this line is designed to fit women of all shapes and sizes. Although it’s pricey, it’s worth it for the quality and also the fit. They do run a bit big though, I am normally a size 2 in jeans and I got these in a 00.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your holiday weekend!

Triangl Swim

Life is better in a bikini! Especially in New Jersey in the summer months. I have been lucky enough to grow up by the beach and look forward to spending as much time as I can there in the summer! I always like to get a new bathing suit each summer(or four). I bought this bikini from Triangl for my trip to Puerto Rico a few months ago and it is one of my favorites this summer!

I had never ordered a Triangl bathing suit before, and I had to say I was nervous about it fitting properly because it was coming all the way from Australia. The good news though, was that you are able to live chat with someone from Triangl to figure out what size is best for you! For size refrence, I ordered a small plus top and a medium bottom. The “small plus” size is designed for gals who have a small rib cage with a bigger chest(usually a C-D cup size).

As for the quality, I was SO happy with the fit, and material of the bikini! Triangl bikinis are made of neoprene which is the same fabric a wet suit is made of, making these bikinis super comfy in and out of the water.

Below I’ve linked some of my top picks from Triangl, thanks for reading and have a great week!

Gingham Style

Hello everyone and happy weekend!!

It has finally stopped raining nearly everyday here in New Jersey and I had to wear this little gingham sundress! Gingham is going to be huge for the summer and I am lovingggg the trend! You’ll see it on almost everything this summer; dresses, tops, skirts and even bikinis. This dress is from Show Me Your Mumu and there’s also a ton of gingham pieces you can find on ASOS for a less expensive option. I paired this dress with some converses and a denim jacket for a more casual look, but you could definitely pair this with some mules or wedges for a more dressy look. I’ll be linking this dress along with some of my other favorite gingham picks from SMYM!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Red Lace Dress

Wedding season is upon us guys! I bought this red lace dress from Revolve for an upcoming wedding I’ll be attending in June with Kyle. I wasn’t expecting to get a burgundy dress for a summer wedding, but the lace and silhouette of this dress make it so summery and the perfect dress for wedding season! The best part about this dress is it’s under 100! It can be hard to find wedding guest dresses that look polished and chic that are inexpensive. This clutch is by Rebecca Minkoff, I am obsessed with the metallic trend! The zipper detail adds some fun to it. These sandal heels are by Sam Edelman, and I can already tell I’ll be wearing them all summer! They are so comfy and trendy with the block heel. This choker is also from Revolve, and the flower detail makes it the perfect summer choker! As always I’ll have everything linked directly below, thanks for stopping by!
