Hello loves, Happy Valentine’s Day!!
I hope you enjoyed today with a loved one/gal pal/dog, whoever! Today I wanted to talk to you guys about my new workout routine at Bar Method. For those of you that don’t know, I was a dancer for a majority of my life, so finding an exercise that also works on flexibility and balance was so amazing for me. This studio is seriously gorgeous, it even has a little sitting area with magazines and coffee! How great is that!?
Every class starts out with a warm up, including upper body exercises. Next, you’ll work on toning your legs and seat, finished off with ab work and a stretch. I’ve only been doing these classes for about 2 weeks now and I’m already noticing a difference!
What makes Bar Method so unique is that it was created under the guidance of physical therapists, so you know the workout is super safe. I’ve had my fair share of sports injuries so I have some bad joints/ligaments and it really gives me piece of mind knowing that I won’t injure myself. The instructors are all amazing and kind, pushing you to do the best you can! They will make adjustments through out the class to ensure you don’t hurt yourself and that you’re getting the most of each and every exercise.
The location I go to is in Morganville, New Jersey but they have tons of locations!
