On today’s post, I’ll be answering some of the FAQ’s I’m always getting, thank you to everyone who submitted a question!!
Q: “How do you do your hair!? It’s always perfect!”
A: First of all, thank you for saying that cause ya girl spends a lot of time on her hair! Seriously tho you should see some of my bad hair days, yikes. My hair used to be naturally curly and now it has more of just a wave to it. After I wash my hair I blow dry it with a dry bar hair dryer and then curl it with a t3 micro wand. That’s pretty much it! With shorter hair it’s definitely not as complicated/time consuming to curl it. Would you guys want to see a full hair post/tutorial? Let me know!!
Q: “Did you always want to be a blogger? If not what did you used to want to be?”
A: I actually did not always want to be a blogger, I didn’t have that revelation until about 2 years ago. Before I started blogging I was in college, then working a retail job and I honestly hated it. Retail can be a great job for some people but it just really wasn’t for me.
Q: “What inspired you to start your blog?”
A: While I was trying to figure out what I should be doing with my life, all I knew was that I loved fashion, pictures, anything aesthetically pleasing and writing. I had been thinking about starting a blog for months before I actually did it. I met my friend Lauren at my old job who is a part time photographer and still takes my pictures most of the time! I felt like meeting was some sort of sign that the universe was telling me to just jump into it already, and here I am!
Q: “Favorite foundation? Do you ever use tinted moisturizer?”
A: I use tinted moisturizer for everyday and foundation for events or taking blog pictures. I use Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue as my tinted moisturizer and bare minerals foundation.
Q: Have you always lived in New Jersey? And how old are you?
A: Yes, born and raised! Im 24.
Q: Best advice for someone wanting to start a blog?
A: My number one thing to say would be to just do it! No one really knows exactly what they’re doing when they first start, but everyone starts from somewhere! Practice makes perfect and you learn as you go along.
