Raising the Bar

Hello and happy Monday!

I hope you all had a great weekend! Today I wanted to share a review on my 4 months of taking bar classes at The Bar Method, Marlboro New Jersey. I absolutely loved the classes, the instructors and the results!

The first thing I noticed when I started was how much stronger I felt. Before I started taking Bar I was doing mostly cardio only and wasn’t really building any muscle/strength. I definitely feel stronger overall, which is always a good feeling!

Another result I had: more toned arms and abs! I mean who doesn’t want that?! Bar Method works your entire body but I noticed a ton of definition in my upper body right in time for summer.

A very important part of Bar Method is working on flexibility. Working on flexibility is essential to any work out to prevent injuries. I personally enjoy this work out so much because I was A dancer for so many years. Bar Method is great for working all those same muscles I used to use in class everyday!
